Altered Reality Photography announces design work has begun on Terry Reinbold's next photographic art book, The Classic Automobile as Art.

This 12-inch-square fine art book draws from Reinbold’s photography of classic automobiles and involves the manual manipulation of Polaroid SX-70 emulsions. The painterly look that this process creates with the manipulated images intrigue everyone who experiences them. “These classic antique automobiles are already so gorgeous! I wasn't sure that anything I could do would make the straight images of them any better,” says Reinbold. “My hope is that the viewer comes away with a different level of enjoyment through the sinuous lines and fluid feelings of these 'Altered' images!”

Published by Limited Edition Publishers, Altered Reality Photography anticipates production on The Classic Automobile as Art will be completed by December 31, 2008.
